EXAIR Introduces FloodStream Liquid Nozzle for Use in Confined Spaces

June 28, 2024
The company’s 1/8 NPT atomizing spray nozzle is designed to deliver precise and efficient spray coverage in tight spaces, making it suitable for a range of industrial applications.

EXAIR’s 1/8 NPT FloodStream liquid atomizing spray nozzle produces a deflected flat fan pattern is made to ensure consistent and efficient spray distribution for precise coverage in tight quarters.

Key features include:

  • Manufactured from 303 stainless steel
  • Operating pressure up to 250 psi
  • Wide-angle, flat fan spray pattern at 75 deg. from nozzle orientation.

The 303 stainless steel nozzle is suitable for a range of applications, including washing/wetting, dust suppression, lubrication and part cooling, and for where space optimization is important.

Operating at pressures of up to 250 psi, this compact nozzle channels liquids through its body to create a wide-angle, flat fan spray pattern at a 75-deg. angle from the nozzle orientation. The company says the precision-tuned design guarantees coverage while fitting into confined spaces.
