EXAIR Introduces PEEK ½ NPT Super Air Nozzle

Dec. 6, 2023
Designed for blowoff and equipment protection, the tool guides airflow to a single point of convergence for strong force and reduced noise.

EXAIR addresses the need for precision blowoff while safeguarding delicate equipment with its Model 1106 PEEK ½ NPT Super Air Nozzle. The tool uses PEEK plastic construction for no-marring protection to production items and resistance to damage from harsh chemicals and temperature up to 320°F (160°C). The nozzle is suitable for blowoff, cooling and drying applications in general industrial and corrosive environments.

Key features of the Super Air Nozzle include:

  • Powerful blowoff while reducing air consumption and minimizing noise by 10 dBA on average
  • CE compliant and meets or exceeds OSHA standards for dead-end pressures
  • Can replace wasteful nozzles or open pipes in critical applications
  • Available in Type 316 stainless steel and zinc aluminum alloy.

Applications and Available Accessories

Applications for Model 1106 include part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, material conveying, part ejection, fiber conveying and air assist.

Accessories include a set stay hose for applications where frequent repositioning of standard force air nozzles or jet is required; swivel Fittings to adjust the aim of the air nozzles and jets for correct placement of the blowing angle; and magnetic bases for applications where frequent movement of the air nozzle or jet is required. The powerful magnet permits horizontal or vertical mounting that will hold the blowing position of the stay set hose. A shutoff valve is provided that can be used to vary the force and flow.
