Hexagon Exec Provides Insight on DEI, Sustainability and Autonomous Tech

In a discussion celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, Mariana Cogan, the chief marketing officer for digital transformation at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, shares her journey and insights as an executive in a predominantly male industry.

With more than 15 years of experience in digital technology, Cogan emphasizes the necessity of diversity and representation in leadership roles, particularly for Hispanic women, who remain chronically underrepresented in the field.
