Encoder Duo Comes in 64 Possible Configurations

Pittman’s small-diameter, low-profile E30C and E30D optical incremental encoders are available in 64 different configurations with two or three channels.

Pittman’s small-diameter, low-profile E30C and E30D optical incremental encoders are available in 64 different configurations with two or three channels. Connections feature locking radial or axial connectors. The 30C offers resolutions between 200 and 500 at an operating frequency of 40 kHz. The 30D’s resolution ranges between 500 and 2048, at an operating frequency of 55, 110, or 220 kHz. Both encoders output two-channel, TTL-compatible quadrature signals. The 30D also offers an optional third channel index output and complementary outputs.
