Engineers at the Rawlings Sporting Goods Co. were tasked with upgrading the company’s iconic baseball glove, taking advantage of the newest manufacturing processes and design tools to make it more effective for the modern-day ballplayer.

To that end, Rawlings partnered with manufacturing company Fast Radius to develop the REV1X glove. It boasts innovative 3D-printed lattice inserts and other performance-enhancing features designed and developed used cloud-based technologies.
