Two kernels in one program-IronCAD

IronCAD XG software provides both a history-constrained and a non-history-based mode.

IronCAD XG software provides both a history-constrained and a non-history-based mode. The history-constrained mode acts much like other parametric modelers using a history tree and constraints. The non-history-based mode lets users combine parametric with explicit (direct face) and Boolean editing. The software contains two kernels — ACIS and Parasolid — thereby almost eliminating model failure due to kernel limitations. IronCAD includes the developer’s special TriBall technology, which makes it easy for users to manipulate parts and assemblies in complex 3D spatial arrangements.
