Two automotive manufacturers have approved several grades of NexPrene thermoplastic vulcanizates for injection-molded, extruded, or blow-molded parts.

Two automotive manufacturers have approved several grades of NexPrene thermoplastic vulcanizates for injection-molded, extruded, or blow-molded parts. Approved grades are available in natural black and range in hardness from 55 to 87 Shore A for one manufacturer, and 55 Shore A to 50 Shore D for the other. Precolored grades can also be supplied. Mechanical properties include strong tear and tensile strength.
