Three-Axis Thread Grinder
The GS:Tem Mini 3-Axis Thread Grinder has a 100 X; 100-mm work envelope and is equipped with fast-cycling rocker-style magazine autoloader that grinds taps-M10 size and smaller. A diamond-roll contour dresser handles complex topping and nontopping wheel forms including: full radius and Gothic arch, Acme with crest and root radii or chamfers, as well as 60 °, Whitworth, ISO, buttress and other thread forms. PartSmart menu-driven software lets operators preprogram parts into it without extensive computer training. The entire machine measures 1.2 X 1.8 m and weighs 3,000 kg.
