Stainless-steel shaft collars - Ruland Manufacturing Co. Inc

Oct. 7, 2010
A full range of smooth-bore shaft collars in 316-grade stainless steel.

A full range of smooth-bore shaft collars in 316-grade stainless steel meet the demanding needs of food processing, medical, and pharmaceutical applications. 316-grade stainless steel includes more molybdenum than other grades and offers higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. The collars are available in one and two-piece clamp-style designs with bore sizes from 1/8 to 3 in. in the inch Series and 3 to 50 mm in the metric Series. Clamp-style collars do not mar the shaft, provide higher holding power, and are more easily adjustable when compared to setscrew-type collars. All collars are single-point faced for perpendicularity and proper alignment.
