Rechargeable Flashlights

Oct. 6, 2005
Recyclable nickel-metal-hydride batteries will double the rechargeable light run time for the 2460 StealthLite Recoil LED and the 3660 Little Ed Recoil LED rechargeable flashlights.

The new power source does not suffer from the energy-depleting memory effect of other rechargeable technologies, the manufacturer says. The whole rechargeable light line (LED and incandescent) will feature the new batteries and charger bases. These Recoil lights shine a 1-W LED backward at a parabolic mirror to capture 100% of the total light.
