Radio Boards For Wireless Connection

Jan. 12, 2006
Wavecard radio boards are added to motherboards for stand-alone equipment requiring wireless connection.

Boards are based on the company's Wavenis ultralow power and long-range radio technologies and include protocols such as FHSS, FEC, data interleaving, AFC, and QoS (RSSI). Simplified commands control the boards. Users access equipment networks with mobile datacollection tools or fixed radio networks.
