Staset solid-state pressure switches from United Electric Controls, Watertown, Mass.

Staset solid-state pressure switches from United Electric Controls, Watertown, Mass., reportedly offer the safety and simplicity of a switch, the output of a transducer, and the convenience of a gage in one compact package. High-purity construction makes it suitable for semiconductor fabrication equipment and gas delivery systems. The switch uses solid-state pressure-sensing technology to provide longer life and greater accuracy and comes with a 0 to 5-Vdc analog process signal. The UL recognized switch is tamperproof with factory-set deadband and set point. Output can be set to trip from 8 Torr to 100 psig and deadband can be set to 98% of the range. Measurement ranges from 760 Torr to 100 psig are available.......
