The iglide Z510 is reportedly the first plastic bearing to withstand temperatures to 500°F while delivering high pressure resistance and dimensional stability. The Z510 endures heavy loads — even while oscillating and with edge loads. Tests show it withstands constant loads of 43,000 psi while in continuous motion, and 14,500-psi loads in rotational applications. High-load capability makes the product suitable for outdoor and heavy-equipment applications such as truck lifts, conveyor systems, construction vehicles, and tractors. Z510 can be a viable option over metal, bronze, and ball bearings, and usually at a lower cost. The iglide Z510 is oil-free and self-lubricating, requires no maintenance, and resists corrosion, chemicals, and UV rays. A variety of metric and inch sizes are available.
