Pro/Toolmaker 8.1, a stand-alone program, generates reliable NC toolpaths from Pro/Engineer and other MCAD software.

Features include support for five-axis positioning (3+2 machining), rest-milling for all finishing toolpaths and tool shapes, and spiral and radial toolpaths to maintain toolpath efficiency with constant contact. The release includes the developer’s GPOST, which generates and updates postprocessors for any kind of CNC machine.
