New Product: Metalworking fluids

Nov. 8, 2007
Oakflo is formulated for machine-tool and metalworking systems as an alternative to straight-oil machining and grinding systems.

The fluid eliminates rancidity and dermatitis issues. Applications include milling, drilling, turning, reaming, tapping, broaching, sawing, and grinding, and typical materials include cast iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, cast steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, and copper.

Oakform stamping and drawing fluids, for metalforming applications, provide extreme-pressure lubrication for severe stamping and drawing.

Oaktec multipurpose corrosion inhibitors, available in solvent, oil, water soluble, and synthetics, address in-process and long-term storage RP applications.

Oakspec specialty fluids, lubricants, allied products, and processes meet requirements for fine blanking to laminate stamping, hydroforming to tube forming, and glass grinding to creep-feed grinding.
