Handheld Adhesive Applicatiors

    Powerline adhesive applicators are ergonomically balanced to reduce worker fatigue while they apply hot-melt adhesives.

    The 3-lb device is for medium production volumes where stick glue guns are too small and larger bulk-tank units are unsuitable. The applicator sports a 6.8-oz (200-ml) melting tank and quick-heating chamber that melts various adhesive plugs and chips in less than 6 min. Compressed air safely delivers adhesives at a controlled and sustainable rate. The PowerLine extrusion model comes with quick-changing specialty and custom nozzles. A full-function LED panel on the handle controls adhesive temperature and power functions.
