    DT-Open Layers software is a native .NET class library for developing test and measurement applications in Microsoft Visual Studio.

    The library provides complete support for all data translation USB and PCI hardware. The software makes it easy to configure all subsystem parameters and includes error detection and reporting for reducing debug time.
