ECR1 Electronic Chart Recorders let users monitor up to 18 process sensors for recording, storing, and analyzing data.

ECR1 let users monitor up to 18 process sensors for recording, storing, and analyzing data. Multiple combinations of digital inputs and outputs trigger events or alarms. The recorder is configured through a series of six slots. Each slot accepts one card containing three sensor inputs, six digital inputs, or six digital outputs. When all six slots are filled with sensor input cards, the recorder will capture 18 process variables/sec. The digital input cards contain six inputs and each digital output card consists of six relays, each rated at 3 A. Data displays in various ways, from charts to bar graphs, both horizontally and vertically. Data stores on a standard 16-Mbyte compact Flash card. The Flash card lets the ECR1 hold 10 more data than other recorders. Ethernet connectivity is available and the ECR1 carries a 6.1-in. color screen of 640 X 480 resolution. An infrared heat/motion sensor powers down the display to cut power consumption and boost LCD life span. The recorder comes in portable benchtop or panel-mount configurations.
