Drive Mounted on a Motor

Dec. 14, 2006
The IndaDrive, a complete drive with motion and logic control, can be mounted directly on a motor.

The motor casing serves as the heat-sink for the servo control, resulting in to up to 30% less surface area and 50% less total space than traditional servo systems. A single cable carries both power and Sercos communications, and all connections are protected to IP65 ratings.
