Custom Electrical Terminals

July 7, 2005
Custom electrical terminals can be integrated into a wide range of automation systems.

The terminals can be manufactured from clad and inlaid alloys in configurations from 0.008 to 0.900 in. thick with tolerances to ±0.002 in. (depending on design and material). The devices are created using rapid prototyping with 3D solid modeling and analysis and are suitable for production capabilities from 500,000 parts/yr. The terminals are produced using precision, progressive stamping and forming, with in-line degreasing, parts washing, labeling, plating, and packaging, and are supplied on reels.
