Zero-Max has a new phase relationship changer, Phas-Lok. The device can change the phase relationship of a drive component and the shaft. It is designed to reduce system downtime and eliminate the need to disconnect or remove drive components to reposition or re-synchronize drive components. The Phas-Lok provides a mechanical adjustment with a 24° range (±12°) and makes up for required timing changes in a power transmission system. Once mounted in a system, it acts like a position control device and can fine tune time adjustments, like adjusting for chain elongation and sprocket tooth wear. The device locks tightly, as to not slip or loosen while equipment is running. It’s available in three sizes with bores ranging from ½ inch to 2-1/2 inches.
