Diagnostic hoses

Feb. 11, 2014
Diagnostic hoses
The 56DH & TEMA diagnostic hoses, for use on heavy construction, agriculture, and mobile equipment where hydraulic systems are monitored, come in micro bore sizes (1/8 and 3/32 in., 4 and  2 mm) and in pressure ranges from 6,000 to 9,200 psiw. The hose’s smaller bore lets it fit into tighter routings and the high-tensile, aramid reinforcement minimizes response time and signal loss due to minimal volumetric expansion.

A Pressure Diagnostic (PD) port in the hose fitting is available for the 56DH hose to speed up assembly time by eliminating the hose fitting, bulkhead adapter, and PD nipple.
