Thermoplastic hose

Aug. 30, 2013
The 518D nonconductive thermoplastic hose withstands harsh environments, both internally and externally. The hose features a new core material that is highly resistant to permeation caused by hydraulic fluids with aggressive additives. The hose’s outer jacket has a special reinforcement package to reduce the reinforcement diameter, allowing for an increase in the thickness of the special PFX cover, providing abrasion resistance up to 5× that of its counterparts. The hose is available in sizes 3/16 thru ¾-in. ID  and can be supplied as a bonded or multiline assembly.Parker Hannifin Corp., Parflex Div., 1300 N.
