Ratemeter

Dec. 1, 2010
The TR400 ratemeter displays an automated system's production rate or time in process with high accuracy.

The TR400 ratemeter displays an automated system's production rate or time in process with high accuracy.

Features & benefits

  • New system-slowdown test verifies relay setpoints, letting users test setpoints while the system is functioning normally, with no system recalibration afterwards

  • Once activated, ratemeter gradually scales down actual input frequency, simulating slowdown while system maintains running speed

  • Function reduces display speed and triggers setpoint relays, verifying the system's response to alarm status and system shutdown conditions; test takes seconds

  • Displays rate or time in process by precisely detecting and converting 0.01 to 10,000-Hz signal input

  • Available with six relays and 4 to 20-mA analog output
