Double-seated and dimensioned guiding shafts ensure the KLM 300 stroke module can handle high payloads and achieve a repeat accuracy of less than 0.015 mm.

For flexibility there are two possible intermediate positions. The module’s shock absorbers and proximity switches are integrated into the projected area for vibration-free motion and reliable monitoring of the end positions. In case of emergency stops, a clamping cartridge avoids uncontrolled movements.

The module allows more than 250 standard combinations, even with sealed grippers. It is suitable for workpiece handling of up to 15 kg and can be integrated as a Z axis into linear gantries.
