Conveyors Twist to Any Configuration, Target Sanitary Industrial Environments

Nov. 9, 2016
The 2200 LPZ low-profile belt conveyor comes with one or two pivot points and features an extremely low profile. It can fit under machinery or in other tight spaces for use in part removal and product handling.

Dorner’s Engineered Solutions Group showcases its material-handling conveyors at Booth #N-5945, including two SmartFlex conveyors, which are outfitted with FlexMove technology to help flip products 90°. Also on display are low-profile belt conveyors, a pacing conveyor with a FlexMove common mount, a bottomless squeezing conveyor, and conveyors with Activated Roller Belt (ARB) technology. Dormer’s conveyors find use in packaging, automation, medical, pharmaceutical, and other general manufacturing applications—especially those with stringent sanitation requirements.

The 2200 LPZ low-profile belt conveyor comes with one or two pivot points and features an extremely low profile. It can fit under machinery or in other tight spaces for use in part removal and product handling. The pivot points on the conveyor add flexibility in Z-frame, horizontal-to-incline, and nose-over configurations.

The AquaPruf Vertical-Belt Conveyor moves bulk products straight upward. Featuring a proprietary staggered sidewall belt that is easy to clean and promotes better product release, it targets specifically applications in sanitary environments. The Engineered Solutions Group also improved features of its 7600 Ultimate Series, which allow faster and more effective sanitation, and represents Dorner’s highest sanitary standards for conveyors.

The Dorner booth also draws attention to its AquaGard 7100 Series—a sanitary flexible chain conveyor, and the SmartPace dynamic pacing conveyor that pace randomly spaced products into even spacing without using diverts or plows. Dorner’s SmartFlex Spiral, SmartFlex Alpine, 3200 High Performance Modular Belt conveyor, and 1100 Series conveyors will be on display.
