The LEM-S-1 Short Series is an epoxy core, brushless motor with an overall length of 67 mm producing 25 lb of peak force. The motors, from Anorad Corp., Hauppauge, N.Y., come in four different sizes depending on force and duty cycle requirements. With no cogging forces, the motors provide smooth motion. The Series is suitable for high duty-cycle applications when equipped with air or water cooling.
