Pro Mach Brings Packaging Portfolio to Pack Expo 2015

Pro Mach’s Flexible Packaging Group is well represented at Pack Expo 2015, with solutions for vertical form fill seal packaging, pouch packaging, stickpack and sachet packaging, horizontal form fill seal pouch packaging, bagging, and shrink wrapping and bundling all on display. The firm can be found at Booth Nos. C-3221, 3223, and 3323.

Flexible Packaging Group brands with machines at Pack Expo include Matrix, Toyo Jidoki, FLtecnics, Inever, Rennco, and Tekkra. Matrix is showcasing the latest automatic adjustment features to its next-generation Morpheus and Apollo machines, as well as announcing that the Apollo can be cost effectively upgraded at any time from intermittent motion at 150 bags per minute to continuous motion at 180 bags per minute. The FLtecnics FL 1.7 BV horizontal form fill seal pouch machine being shown can insert a corner spout or a center spout from the same applicator.

Inever’s MVC800 stickpack machine at the show is optimized to process thick sauces and dressings. Models 501 and 301 on the show floor feature the latest Rennco upgrades to controls and infeed systems for enhanced operation and improved throughput. Finally, Tekkra introduces at Pack Expo the Triad, an entry-level shrink wrapping and bundling system.
