The patent-pending Dual-Vee integral studded wheels are available in carbon-steel or polymer versions. Concentric or eccentric stainless-steel studs are riveted onto the wheels for a strong connection. Lower profile and larger diameter fasteners provide greater rigidity and the ability to handle more mounting torque. Use of customerspecified stud lengths lets design engineers take advantage of the advantages that integral wheels provide, regardless of profile constraints. The V-bearing guide wheels consist of both an external and internal 90 Vee angle. The guide wheel is made with a double-row angular contact bearing to better handle loads and provide a long life.
