    To get an idea of what it’s like to work on robots that repair and refurbish military aircraft, Machine Design talked with Bret Benvenuti, a senior robotics engineer at Aerobotix. He is currently working with the Air Force to build and deploy robots that resurface the air inlets on F-22 fighter jets. 

    In this video, Benvenuti talks about the engineering education and background needed to work with the Air Force and where his company recruits engineers. He also briefly outlines what it’s like to work with the government in general.
