At the beginning of 2016, Weber Packaging Solutions began distributing BestCode’s Series 8 Continuous Ink Jet Printers, which complements its range of print and labeling system products. This also gives Weber a conduit to expand its reach into the North America marking and coding sector.

BestCode Series 8 industrial marking and coding systems help ensure product traceability. They print best by, lot code, sell by, expiration codes, and other identifying marks and codes on industrial and consumer products. Plastic, glass, paper, and other substrates can receive high-speed, non-contact instantly dry marks and codes printed by the system.

Marking and coding solutions from BestCode range from entry-level, affordable options to high-end, specialized systems such as High Speed and Super High Speed options for print applications in excess of 1700 feet per minute. Print capabilities include white pigment/opaque inks for dark-colored substrates, food-grade options for direct-to-food printing, and micro printing for high-resolution and micro/small-character applications.
