The studs install into single or multiple sheets.

PEM Type SGPC swaging collar studs attach dissimilar-material panels with strong torque-out resistance and close centerline-to-edge distance. The studs install in single or multiple sheets with thicknesses from 0.024 0.047 in. with a standard punch and anvil.
The 300-Series stainless-steel studs come in thread sizes #2-56 through 1/4-20 and M2.5 through M6 and lengths from 0.312 to 1.50 in. and 8 to 35 mm. Detailed specifications and free part drawings for the RoHS-compliant hardware can be accessed at www.pemnet.com.
