Jan. 17, 2011
The fasteners meet NAS or MS specifications.

3V titanium fasteners include threaded NAS and MS titanium bolts and screws manufactured from TI-6AL-4V. They weigh 40% less than comparable non-titanium hardware, have high strength-to-weight ratios, retain properties at high temperature, and resist corrosion. Parts can have tensile strengths as high as 160 ksi and shear strengths of 95 ksi.
The fasteners come with 12-point, hex, flush, flat fillister, or pan heads in thread sizes -04 to -8 and diameters 0.093 to 0.500 in. Specify uncoated or with aluminum or cadmium plate.
