Self-clinching micro pins - PennEngineering

Micro pins install permanently in sheet materials for electronics applications.

Type MPP self-clinching, precipitation-hardened, stainless-steel, micro pins with chamfered ends install permanently in stainless steel and other sheet materials with hardness up to HRB 92 and cross-sections as thin as 0.02-in. thick. The pins come in 0.040-in. and larger diameters and are 0.08 in. long or longer.
The flush-mounting, RoHS-compliant pins can be installed automatically. Detailed specifications and drawings are available at www.pemnet.com.
