New Product: Self-clinching fasteners

Stainless fasteners permit captive joining.

PEM self-clinching, hardened-stainless-steel fasteners install permanently in stainless sheets as thin as 0.03 in. The product line includes panel fasteners integrating captive screws, thru-hole-threaded and blind-threaded standoffs,  non-locking and self-locking floating nuts, fasteners for flush mounting,  flush-head studs, pins, and nuts.

The fasteners are RoHS-compliant and resist corrosion. They come in precipitation-hardening grade stainless, 300 Series stainless, 400 Series stainless, and A286 stainless steels.Engineers can access detailed specifications and free part drawings for the fasteners at the company's website.
