ISO’s new iso.org has been fully revised for quick information searches. Not surprisingly for ISO, the site adopts a one-Web approach—aadjusting to whatever device visitors use to access the site. “We started by looking at what users were doing and built our new site based on that,” says Luigi Principi, manager of ISO Web Information Services. “Our goal was to increase understanding of what ISO does, and how it does it, without losing our audience to endless information.”
