PVC filter monitors check the health of filtration media by measuring differential pressure

PVC filter monitors check the health of filtration media by measuring differential pressure — an indication of pressure drop — across the input and output sides of a system. The unit’s easy-to-read dials simplify training, installation, and maintenance, while reducing operator errors.

The filter monitors are available with 1 or 2.5-in-diameter plastic dial cases. Switches are standard to alert users of alarm conditions. The PVC bodies and wetted parts improve compatibility and assure long service life. The bodies are rated at up to 150-psi line pressure. The unit’s piston sensors handle differential pressure ranges from 0-to-10 to 0-to-30 psid with 5% full-scale accuracy.
The monitors come with 1/8-in. female NPT process ports on the bottom of the body. C-clamps are available to mate units to panels.
