Micro-Mold technology is used for making ultrasmall, precision injection-molded parts for medical, micro-optics, electronics, and other industries. Parts range from about 3.5-in. diameter (1-oz shot weight) to those measured in microns, in most thermoplastic materials — including PEEK, Ultem, LCP, and other filled or highly engineered resins. The company produces mold tooling in-house, which speeds production and time to market. Other services include insert molding, QC, and mold development, as well as in-line inspection, custom packaging, two-shot micromolding, and other value-added operations.Accumold, 1711 SE Oralabor Rd., Ankeny, IA 50021, (515) 964-5741, www.accu-mold.com
