Q12 sensors have a 5-mm sensing range when flush mounted.

They measure 12 x 40 x 26 mm, and feature a 45° connector. The devices incorporate coils on a PCB with staggered oscillator frequencies, letting them to be mounted next to each other. They have high resistance to electromagnetic interference.
