The V7 draw latch combines sleek aesthetic design with corrosion-resistant 316-stainless-steel construction, making it an attractive option for exterior storage compartments on upscale boats or recreational vehicles, and other highly visible enclosures exposed to the elements. An optional integrated lock plug gives keylocking security.

The contoured low-profile design eliminates sharp edges and gives a clean look that is attractive enough for use in consumer applications. Additionally, a cupped handle and catch enclose the latch's mounting hardware, keeper, and working mechanism for better protection against vandalism or forced entry. The lever-action mechanism provides secure latching with quick access. An overcenter latching mechanism ensures positive engagement and prevents accidental opening from stress or vibration.
