Bidirectional Current Transducer

Feb. 23, 2006
The 929 Series of bidirectional current transducers works with dc or fast ac current waveforms up to 350 kHz.

Eight models cover input current levels ranging from 50 to 400 Adc and offer a ±1% FS accuracy over a temperature range of 40 to 85°C (40 to 185°F.) Package size is 1.9 X 3.3 X 1.9 in. (48 X 84 X 48 mm) with a maximum weight of 6 oz. Maximum overload current is 5,000 Adc. Each unit requires operating power of 10 to 34 Vdc at 8 mA. The internal circuitry is epoxy encapsulated to increase insulation to 500 M at 500 Vdc. The transducers come standard with a five-pin barrier terminal and a 0.75-in. passthrough hole; optional six-pin circular or nine-pin D-Sub connectors are available.
