Model 1800 inline flow switch features PVC components, a Viton-A O-ring, and a 316 stainless-steel return spring. Process connections have 1-in. slip ports and adapters in 1/2 and 3/4-in. slip and 1/2 and 3/4-in. NPT are available. The unit's shuttle houses a magnet that is displaced by liquid flow or no flow to actuate a hermetically sealed reed switch encapsulated within the stem. The switch is installed to slip ends with either PVC solvent cement or thread-sealing compound for NPT connections.

A removable bonnet assembly makes cleaning or changes to flow rate easy. Standard flow settings of 0.5 or 1 gpm are factory calibrated.
