The Solves-It Series of programmable logic controllers come in a relay-style housing with an 11-pin plug base. Based on PLC-on-a-Chip technology, the PLC programs in ladder logic with function blocks. The basic unit has four inputs, four outputs, and four programmable LED indicator lights, while the advanced unit has adds two programmable momentary pushbutton switches, a real-time add-a-day skip-a-day clock with battery backup, and a four-digit numeric display. The PLC requires only 1.75 in. of DIN-rail space.
