Brushless Motor Controllers

Sept. 15, 2005
The 371-0028 brushless motor controllers provide 1 kW in a 3 4.65 1.75-in. footprint.

These servoamplifiers target closed or open-loop velocity and torque control of BLDC motors producing more than 160 oz-in. at 7,000 rpm. Input voltage varies from 10 to 50 V with a rating of 20-A continuous and peak of 40 A. Weight is 0.44 lb. Other features include quick-disconnect for wiring, onboard LED status indication, enable, FWD/REV, and tachometer output. Amplifiers are protected from overcurrent, short-circuit overtemperature, voltage, and loss of feedback.
