FEA Certified For Solid Modeler

March 17, 2005
Algor V16.1 is a certified application in the Solid Edge Voyager Program.

The Solid Edge model is put into motion with stress analysis in Algor's Mechanical Event Simulator.

The FEA's single user interface, Fempro, provides direct CAD/CAE data exchange and full associativity for each design change in Solid Edge. This lets designers choose the needed analysis tools for access to advanced simulation capabilities such as Mechanical Event Simulation with linear and nonlinear material models, linear dynamics, steady-state and transient heat transfer, steady and unsteady fluid flow, electrostatics, and full multiphysics.
