Insulated Tab-Terminal Receptacles

The Ultra-Pod fully insulated Faston receptacle accepts 0.25-in. quickconnect tabs in straight or flag (90°) arrangements. A single receptacle accepts two-wire terminations, or wire doubling. Both the straight and flag arrangements are suitable for leadmaker termination for high-speed processing. Both termination and insulation occur in a single step. The insulator comes in UL-94V-0 or V-2 nylon while the terminal is brass or tinplated-brass. The product complies with electrical and mechanical standards for quick-connect electrical terminals set forth by UL and CSA.
