Oscilloscope Hits 13 GHz

Dec. 9, 2004
Targeting industrial serial-bus standards, the Infiniium DSO80000 Oscilloscope Series along with the InfiniiMax II probingmeasurement system provide up to 13-GHz bandwidth response.

The increased bandwidth over older 8-GHz scopes offers higher-signal fidelity, more accurate and repeatable measurements, and improved test margins. Software packages are available to match a wide variety of specific measurements such as second-generation jitter and serial-data analysis, and compliance testing for many serial digital standards.
