A family of conductive (10 4 Ω and static dissipative (10 6 to 10 11 Ω thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) can have Shore hardness values of between 55 and 90 A for "soft-touch" overmolding, seals, and gaskets.

A family of conductive (10 4 Ω and static dissipative (10 6 to 10 11 Ω thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) can have Shore hardness values of between 55 and 90 A for "soft-touch" overmolding, seals, and gaskets. They are made from various TPEs including EVA, SBR, TPV, TPU, PVDF, and PFA. The conductive compounds include EVA-based Pre-Elec 31-000, SBR-based 33-000, TPV-based 35-00, PVDF-based 43-000, and PFA-based 46-000. Static dissipative options include Pre-Elec ESD 31-000 (EVA-based), 33-000 (SBR-based), 35-000 (TPV-based), and TPU-based 38-000.
