Composite-Body Solenoid Valve

April 13, 2006
The Series 3825 composite-body solenoid valve features 0.25-in. OD quick-connect tube fittings incorporated in the valve body.

This speeds installation, saves money, and minimizes leak points. The valves are available in two-way and three-way, two-position; normally open and normally closed; and mixing or diverting versions. Orifice-basket technology provides rapid assembly of seven possible orifice sizes ranging from 0.6 to 3.0 mm. A unique feature is the optional metering adjustment that lets operators dial in a custom flow rate after installation. The 3825 is available in stainless steel, brass, and FDA and NSF-approved thermoplastics. All versions are nylon encapsulated with valve coils available in all standard voltages with flying leads or DIN quick connects.
