The Top Control Type 2031 high-purity valve system for ultrapure and sanitary fluids offers precise proportional control. Valve bodies come in investment cast or forged stainless steel or plastic, with connections of 916 to 2 in. EPDM or PTFE/EPDM diaphragms hermetically isolate fluid from the corrosion-resistant pneumatic actuator. Setpoint adjustment may be done at the valve or externally via standard analog input signals. Designed for accurate control of pressure, temperature, or flow, the Top Control system accepts direct sensor inputs including RTD, 4 to 20 mA, and frequency. Instant connection to fieldbus systems includes AS-I, Profibus, and DeviceNet.
